You are looking at a rare vintage Mizuno J League Japanese Soccer sponsor jacket. This jacket is tough to find and is an actual vintage item.

The jacket has been in storage for quite a while, so there is some yellowing on some parts of the jacket. This jacket has never been worn and is in new retro condition.
