Limited edition Japanese Yomei 10 movie poster. Takabayashi Matsuri learns that she only has ten years to live due to an incurable disease. She decides not to dwell on her life and not to fall in love, but she meets Manabe Kazuto at a school reunion.

A chirashi is a Japanese mini-poster released to movie theaters before the film. They are printed in limited quantities. The size is usually 18cm x 26cm (B5) or 7 1/4" x 10" or practically the same as a U.S. domestic comic book.
