We do our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Please understand that USPS does not pick up packages during holidays.

Any international orders may incur a customs fee. Import duties, taxes, and charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Any collection of customs fees goes to your government. Because of this, we advise that you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for the incorrect address that is not delivered correctly. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages; please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us.

At this time, our shipments arrive between 2-4 weeks, though some items may be delayed longer due to the current logistics issues with US customs.

We, however, do have express transit for particular items, so please check back weekly for new arrivals.

We will accept custom orders for direct to shipment orders only. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom orders. Buyers are responsible for customs taxes and shipping fees.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges, as all items are final sales.

If you have an issue with your order, you can always contact us for any return questions at ohayo@sugoijdm.com.

We stock almost everything on our site. We currently stock items in the USA and Japan.

Reasons for pre-order:

1. Inventory is in stock, located in Japan, and is being prepared to be shipped to the United States.

2. Some items in Japan have not been released yet, but we have access to stock; the item is available in Japan.
