This jersey was released as part of the Eagles’ special BLACK EAGLES DAY campaign and marked the club’s first black-based uniform design. It was designed to create a bold and powerful look at Kobo Park Miyagi during select NPB games in 2017.
The jersey features a black mesh body with cream and crimson trim, a large Rakuten Eagles graphic on the chest, Majestic branding, and button-front construction. Additionally, there is a red FUJI タイヤ&ホイール sponsor patch on the sleeve. The back of the jersey is blank, which is consistent with the fan giveaway version distributed during the campaign.
