Collar Malice Deep Cover is a two-part anime movie adaptation of the popular otome game of the same name. The story follows Ichika Hoshino, a young police officer who is framed for a terrorist attack and fitted with a poisonous collar. With the help of five mysterious strangers, Ichika must race against time to clear her name and stop the real terrorists from striking again.
The movie is set in the city of Shinjuku, which is under siege by a dangerous shadow organization. The organization is launching a campaign of fear and violence, pushing society to the brink of chaos. Ichika is tasked with restoring order, but she soon finds herself the target of an attack. She is fitted with a poisonous collar that will kill her if she doesn't follow the organization's orders.
With the situation spiraling out of control and time running out, Ichika must find a way to escape from the organization and clear her name. She is aided by five mysterious strangers who offer to help her in her quest for the truth. But who can she trust? And will she be able to save herself and the soul of Shinjuku from the clutches of oblivion?
The movie is being produced by Sunrise, Kamikaze Douga, and Anima, and it will be directed by Toshihisa Yokoshima. The cast includes Mutsumi Tamura as Beelzebub, Kazuhiro Yamaji as Rao, Chō as Thief, Satoshi Tsuruoka as General Are, and Nobuo Tobita as General Zeu.
