Meanwhile, Saeko Nogami is working with Umibozu and Miki from the Metropolitan Police Department to investigate Zoltic, a biotech company that creates superhuman soldiers using a dangerous technology known as "Angel Dust." This technology once caused Ryo to become consumed and resulted in the death of her partner, Hideyuki Makimura.
